The influence of organizational climate on employee satisfaction. A systematic review
Abstract
The purpose of this article was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee satisfaction through a systematic review. The methodology employed a qualitative, documentary approach, using systematic review and content analysis as techniques, and data sheets along with analysis matrices as instruments. In addition, the PRISMA methodology was used to select articles, resulting in a total of 15 articles identified from the Scielo, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. Among the findings, key aspects included the implementation of various strategies to promote workplace well-being, as well as the implementation of job satisfaction policies, sound decision-making, workplace harassment, and just leadership, among others. In conclusion, it was found that a favorable organizational climate positively influences job satisfaction among employees of public or private entities.
