Characteristics and meanings of legal dogmatic research: Its contributions to the training of the professional
Abstract
The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of the characteristics and meanings of legal dogmatic research: Its contributions to the training of the professional. The research method was based on the qualitative approach, using the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology, which allowed us to organize an analysis of the object of study. For this analysis, refereed works, texts, among others, were considered, which is corroborated in the process of characterizing the typology of legal dogmatic research, its limitations and possibilities, as well as its formative role for the legal professional. Regarding the type of research design, it consisted of a grounded theory study and documentary analysis. An analytical-reflexive process was generated. It is concluded that the criteria on typologies of legal scientific research show consistency and coincidence in the scientific literature. They are considered as important arguments for the methodological structuring of legal-scientific research.
